Palos Verdes PENINSULA

FALL IN LOVE WITH the best of Los Angeles…

It took 22 years of living in Los Angeles to realize that if you want to survive in this town you need to find your community. This is no small task in a metropolis like Los Angeles with over 88 cities, approximate 140 unincorporated neighborhoods and a very diverse landscape and topography. I can certainly name my top 10 spots I like to hang out in LA County but if your talking about buying real estate and setting up a home, nothing compares to the Palos Verdes Peninsula - Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates, Palos Verdes Estates and Rancho Palos Verdes.

Palos Verdes ESTATES

This tight knit community in the crux between Redondo Beach and Rancho Palos Verdes is a Mediterranean climate with views like the Italian Riviera. The schools are top notch, the accessibility to restaurants and shopping is easy with a car and the quality of life is as good as it gets.

ROLLING HILLS Estates

This mixed suburban agricultural haven is like nothing else in Los Angeles. An equestrian community known for its horse trails, wild peacocks and hilly meandering trails. The smell of wild flowers, cut grass and horses will overwhelm your senses as you take in views of the hills and the sprawl of Los Angeles.

RANCHO PALOS VERDES

This diverse community makes up a majority of the Palos Verdes Peninsula with a vast open space concept community. The north west side of this city has the most beautiful views of Santa Catalina Island and the south side looks out toward San Pedro and the Industrial part of Long Beach. RPV inspires a healthy lifestyle with world glass resorts and golf, as well as miles and miles of magnificent trails to explore.
