Devastating Landslides in Palos Verdes
The Palos Verdes Peninsula is currently experiencing the largest landslide in North America. With that comes many challenges for the homeowners and residents who call Palos Verdes their home. FEMA Buyout Program for Rancho Palos Verdes Landslide Homeowners
FEMA has pledged a $42M grant to the city of Rancho Palos Verdes for a Buyout Program for homeowners in distress because of the Landslide Complex affecting the Portuguese Bend, Ladera Linda and Sea View neighborhoods.
This program has a deadline of November 8, 2024 - so homeowners need to get there applications in, yesterday.
If you are a homeowner in Rancho Palos Verdes and your home has been red tagged or yellow tagged, please take advantage of this program to cash out of your home. This isn’t a lot of money and it will go to those that act quickly.

After the lawsuit filed against the National Association of Realtors last year, there were a number of shifts regarding Realtor compensation that will go into affect this week. Without boring you with the details, here are the top three changes to represented buyers and sellers in a real estate transaction in the state of California.
